In the heart of D眉sseldorf's up-and-coming Flingern-S眉d district, a residential and working quarter is being created that will contribute to community building in particular, embedded in modern living space: Cube Central 378. Developed by Cube Real Estate GmbH, this project will be realised from 2022 to 2025 on a site area of approx. 6,500 m虏 and comprises over 13,500 m虏 of living and usable space.

An urban quarter with citizen participation

Cube Real Estate used an innovative approach to take the needs of the neighborhood into account: Planwerkstatt 378, a joint working group with local residents, developed designs that were approved by the district council in June 2020. The result is a district along Erkrather Strasse and Kiefernstrasse that combines living, working and culture in a unique way. The new quarter comprises:

  • Apartments, including furnished apartments and socially subsidized apartments
  • Commercial space for offices and stores
  • Innovative residential units and studios
  • A publicly accessible green space
  • Space for art and culture

Cube Real Estate relies on comprehensive digital traceability and transparency in the development of Cube Central 378. SA国际传媒 is used for complete cost control of the project, including budgeting and accounting. The central data storage and automation of processes ensures a high level of cost transparency, which contributes to the economic success and sustainability of the project.
